Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of imagvero's AI-powered product photography service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use imagvero.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing imagvero, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws. If you are using imagvero on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

imagvero provides an AI-powered image generation service that transforms user-uploaded product photos into studio-style images including virtual try-on shots, lifestyle scenes, close-ups, and scene backgrounds. The following limitations apply:

  • Output quality varies depending on the quality of the source image, product type, chosen shot type, and the AI model used.
  • imagvero does not guarantee any specific aesthetic result. Generated images are provided as-is.
  • AI model availability may affect which generation provider is used for any given job.
  • Generation relies on third-party AI providers that enforce their own automated content-moderation and safety systems. A provider may refuse, block, or filter any generation request at its sole discretion — including requests involving otherwise lawful content such as certain apparel, intimate apparel, swimwear, or depictions of people — and these policies may change at any time without notice.

A request that is refused, blocked, or filtered by a third-party provider's content or safety policy reflects an inherent limitation of those external services, is outside imagvero's control, and is not a defect, malfunction, or breach of these Terms. Where a provider declines a request, imagvero will, where feasible, attempt one or more alternative providers, but cannot guarantee any provider will fulfill it. imagvero may also proactively decline or restrict certain content categories to comply with provider policies and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagvero is not liable for any provider's refusal to generate or any consequence arising from it.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@imagvero.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use imagvero.
  • One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to obtain free credits is prohibited.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

imagvero operates on a credit-based system. Please read the following carefully:

  • Credits are consumed when a generation job is submitted to the AI provider, not only when a successful result is returned. A failed generation due to AI provider error will be credited back; a failed generation due to an unsuitable source image may not be.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. Top-up credits (one-time purchases) are non-refundable once consumed.
  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@imagvero.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate disputes in good faith.
  • Generations that are refused, blocked, or filtered by an AI provider's content-moderation or safety policy are processed as submitted attempts and treated like other unsuccessful generations under Section 4.1; such attempts may not be credited back. Repeatedly submitting requests that are blocked by provider content policies may also be treated as a Prohibited Use under Section 8.

5. Content You Upload

You are solely responsible for the images you upload to imagvero. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the image or have all necessary rights and licenses to upload it and allow imagvero to process it through third-party AI providers.
  • The image does not depict real people without their explicit written consent.
  • The image does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or trade dress.
  • The image does not contain illegal content of any kind.
  • imagvero reserves the right to remove content that violates these requirements and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. AI-Generated Output

You retain ownership of the product images you upload. For AI-generated outputs:

  • imagvero grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the generated images, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model providers' terms of use.
  • The description "marketplace-ready" refers to the intended use case of the generated images — not a guarantee that any specific output will meet the listing requirements of any particular e-commerce platform, or that the output will be free of artifacts.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated images may contain unexpected artifacts, color inaccuracies, distortions, or other defects. imagvero makes no warranty, express or implied, that generated images will:

  • Accurately represent the product for any particular commercial purpose.
  • Meet the content policies or technical requirements of any marketplace, advertising platform, or social media network.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated images before using them commercially. imagvero recommends human review of all AI output before publication.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use imagvero to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download images or data from the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the imagvero service without written permission.
  • Create multiple free accounts or otherwise circumvent credit limits or subscription requirements.
  • Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to imagvero's infrastructure.
  • Generate images that violate applicable law or the content policies of the underlying AI providers.

9. Intellectual Property

imagvero and its licensors retain all rights to the imagvero platform, brand, software, and underlying AI infrastructure. These Terms do not grant you any rights to imagvero's proprietary technology. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • imagvero's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amounts you have paid to imagvero in the three months preceding the claim.
  • imagvero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless imagvero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you upload; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law and Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of imagvero after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
